I’ve learned from experience that sometimes we have to fill our own cup to keep going for those around us. We can do this together in a way that minimizes the guilt so you can start feeling energized again.

As your therapist, I will create a safe space for you to let your guard down and let go of some of the heavy stuff you’ve been carrying. You don’t have to do this alone.

In our work together, we can uncover where these pressures come from and release them if they are no longer serving you. We will tackle that inner voice so it stops telling you that you aren’t enough and instead give yourself grace and kindness. My clients even end up saying that they like themselves by the end of treatment. What!
